Black Mountain-Swannanoa Chamber of Commerce to Host
Eleventh Annual “Taste of Black Mountain”

            BLACK MOUNTAIN, NC (April 27, 2011)-- The Black Mountain-Swannanoa Chamber of Commerce will host the eleventh annual “Taste of Black Mountain” on Thursday, May 19 from 5:30- 7 p.m. at White Horse Black Mountain.  The festive atmosphere of the event is a great place to enjoy food, chocolate, wine, beer, goat cheese, yogurt and more -- and even take home a homemade treat for your pet.  Tickets sales will be limited to 200.  They are $20 in advance and $30 at the door. 
            “We’re really excited about this year’s Taste of Black Mountain.  A number of our new restaurants are participating as well as some of the local favorites. ‘Taste’ promises to be very tasty indeed!” says Bob McMurray of the Black Mountain-Swannanoa Chamber of Commerce.  “Come and join us for a wonderful evening of socializing and tasting.”
This year’s participants to date include the Artisan Gourmet Market and Wine Bar, Black Mountain Bistro, Black Mountain Chocolate, Black Mountain Health Food Store, Bone-A-Fide Bakery & Pet Boutique, FRESH Wood Fired Pizza and Pasta, Johnnie’s Catering Company, Highland Brewing Company, Lucky Bamboo Café, the Madison Inn, Oak House, Okie Dokies Smokehouse, Palate at the Monte Vista, Pisgah Brewing Company, Red Rocker Inn, Round Mountain Creamery, and Thai Basil.

I'd love to check this out but I am really hoping to have this dining experience in an actual ranch where I can put what I learned from horse riding schools sydney to good use.

Considering that healthy foods are gaining more popularity these days, events like this might want to feature things like vegan food and best preworkout supplements as well. On top of variety, it just seems fair to me that they cater to as many consumer types as possible.

I want to go there! I just hope that they are using an artificial sweetener as one of the ingredients in all the foods that they are serving there.
